Join me at Finding Roots Farm in Amherst, NH for a gentle vinyasa practice amongst a beautiful historical farm backdrop with baby farm animals. Each class will consist of movement, stretching, and breath work while baby goats or bunnies keep us present and connected to the fun in life. Please bring a towel to go over your mat or in place of your yoga mat.
