Join us at Finding Roots Farm in Amherst, NH for some Kid Goat Yoga!
All ages are welcome to practice with kid (baby) goats! Bring your little ones to support your local farmer, move our bodies, laugh, learn some breathing techniques and of course play with baby goats and help feed them!
Please bring a towel to go over your mat or in place of your yoga mat
Cost: $15
Space is limited. If a grown-up intends on practicing with their little one, please sign both of you up
