As we follow the cycles of the moon and nature, we continue through the death and rebirth process of ourselves and can use the moon as our guiding tool. The New Moon represents beginnings, manifestations, and transformation. It's to be fully present with ourselves and our intentions and to realize and release what no longer serves us so that we can start anew. It’s a time to rejuvenate and recharge under the healing energy of the moon,

During this workshop we will tap into our own intuition and intentions as well as participate in a healing circle with gentle yoga and Reiki healing. No prior experience is necessary.
